{Anandi & Gerard}
Its been a while since i attempted blogging 🙂
I keep telling myself i need to try and catch up, but if i look at the amount of clients i have been privileged to meet, befriend, work with over the years – its a little daunting to start sifting through them!
None the less i have to start somewhere and starting not so far away and with something i dont do as much of as baby and children photography, i do wedding photography too… from johannesburg to pretoria to pretty much any area you would have me i would love capturing this amazing day for you!
Anandi and Gerard had their beautiful wedding at Shereview in pretoria ( you can visit their website www.shereview.co.za ), it is a beautiful wedding venue, they originally wanted a picnic wedding, vintage style which was spectacular! Given our awesome Johannesburg weather, you never know what can happen on the day so always have a back up plan 🙂 luckily this venue had an amazing set up planned just in case as it did rain – beautiful wedding day luck as they say!
It was a day wedding so a very days events as the usual late afternoon start, refreshing too that the bride and groom left for their honeymoon that evening – how exciting!
Our schedule ran quite crazy as we started late, the rain and a few events ran over, we had less than half the time originally sort out for photos at the end of the day but i am still pleased with the outcome and very blessed to have been apart of their special day!
Thank you for choosing us to capture such a momentous occasion in your lives, wishing you many happy years together!
This is quite a lengthly post so enjoy 🙂

(i am sure a lot of brides-to-be have seen the unplugged wedding urges going around – please consider it, we are not being pests by asking, but to avoid cell phones ruining these important photos, tell your guests to enjoy the moment, you can send them images, a lot of the time WE have to work around feel phone in our way and we land up loosing shots for it)

Hehehe Photo Booth was used well and enjoyed!!

Thank you to  my assistant Julian, he is a huge help!
